 Handle visa & work permit (if have experience will be advantage)
 Assisting with personnel forecast & expenses
 Input transactions in SAP program
 Support daily and administrative HR tasks
 Other adhoc tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 Female only
 Age 26-28 years old (at least 2 years experience)
 English at least TOEIC 750 (*Must)
 Math or analytical skills (*Must)
 MS Excel knowledge (vlookup, pivot)
 Very good communication skills
 Ability to work under pressure
 Good personality, polite
 Service-minded & active
 Can do overtime if necessary during monthly closing or urgent tasks
 On time attendance (not late coming, our office hrs 08.30-17.15 hrs, lunch break 12.00-13.20 hrs)
