JOB DETAIL
•Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and key competencies for various roles.
•Identify and engage with diverse sourcing channels to attract a wide pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and partnerships with educational institutions.
•Oversee the screening and assessment of candidates using a combination of methods, including resume reviews, phone interviews, video assessments, and skills tests.
•Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume hiring while ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
•Create and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and promote a positive workplace reputation
•Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates
Play a key role in enhancing the organization's employer brand within the candidate market, showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (GPA > 3.00)
• At least 1 year working experience in TA and Recruiting role.
• Excellent communication in English (TOEIC>600).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills, service minded and outgoing.
• Excellent presentation skills.
