JOB DETAIL
• Collaborate with management to understand business goals and hiring requirements for recruitment campaigns.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with Company's business goals and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and key competencies for various roles
• Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume hiring while ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
• Create and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and promote a positive workplace reputation
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators dedicated to mass recruitment efforts.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team consistently meets recruitment targets and delivers exceptional candidate experience.
• Play a key role in enhancing the organization's employer brand within the candidate market, showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (GPA > 3.00)
• At least 5 year working experience in TA and Recruiting role preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication in English (TOEIC>700).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills, service minded and outgoing.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Possess Leadership skills and Teamwork Oriented.
