[About Responsibility]
Your position will have 2 scopes of tasks, HR Manager for Bangkok office as well as support role of Talent Management for Asia Region.

[Job Description]
[HR tasks]
-In charge for all of HR Policies & Processes
-In charged of the development and trainings
-In charge of the recruiting processes
-Salary & Compensation tasks
-Other tasks assigned by Senior Manager

[Administration tasks]
-Monitoring attendance
-Managing contracts and persona files
-Establishing and providing certificates to government or employees

-Talent Management Tasks (Supporting COE for Asia Region)

*Hybrid work(WFH + Working at office)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
-Must have business level of English (*You will be communicating with Indian and Japanese managers in English)
-Must have strong knowledge of labor law, local regulations
-Must have HR experience in Manufacturing industries for more than 7 years
