• Manages and monitors all HR functions in the company including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, payroll, evaluation, labor relations, etc.
• In charge of BOI, Visa, and Work Permit for Japanese staff.
• Responsibilities for all employee administration including fleet cards, insurance cards, insurance claims, Social Security fund, and other staff benefits.
• Supports and provides secretarial tasks for MD
• Provide guidance, leadership, and direct supervision of around 10 subordinates including driver, and maid.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Males/Female, Thai nationality.
- At least 5 years of HR&Admin with management level in the manufacturing industry.
- Have experience in all HR functions.
- Japanese is Intermediate level (JLPT N2 up)
- English is Intermediate Level.
- Mature, and good personality.
