JOB DETAIL

- Repair, install and maintain equipment, machines, and other products.
- provide installation commissioning test run to ensure the machine’s efficiency
- perform preventive maintenance according to the service contract with clients and type of machine.
- provide on site maintenance or repairing services and coordinate with part controller to check spare parts’ availability
- provide calibration test and issue certificate
- advise to clients on the phone or face to face about the parts that clients want to purchase
- Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only, age between 22 - 30 years old
- Graduated from Electrical engineering only**
- Working experience at least 1-2 year as Service Engineer
- English speaking is advantageous
- If the candidate owns car, it is advantageous but if not , it is acceptable.
- A valid driver's license (if owns car) and willingness to travel.
- Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
