• Develop and seek out new opportunities to gain sales and company benefits to support company growth.
• Set business performance targets and develop a sales plan to achieve them.
• Analyze business development opportunities and develop a business expansion plan.
• Explore opportunities to increase revenue in our stores.
• Drive customer traffic to achieve sales targets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Development, sales and marketing or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and result oriented.
• It is a must to travel to the branch, visiting every week or depending on the project plan schedule.
