Report to eport to HR-GM (Thai) and Top Management (Japanese)
Number of Subordinate: 4 (Visa&Work Permit Staff 1, Japanese Interpreter 1, Payroll Staff 1, and GA Staff 1)
1. Responsible for overall HR roles (Thai Labor Laws, regulations and HR practices, etc.)
2. Handle overall HR operations (HRM, HRD, and GA fields).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female/Male, Age between 40-45 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
3. More than 10 years of work experience in HRM, HRD, and GA (General Adminiatration) with at least 5 years in management level. (Prefer candidate who has work experience from Japanese company).
4. Upper Intermediate level of Japanese and intermediate level of English (Able to translate internal/external documents into TH-EN-JP in formal language).
