Division: Machinery Sales
Team: Sales
Team Size: 15
Report to Japanese Senior Manager/Director

-Communicating to customers and handling requirements with stakeholders appropriately.
-Manage promotion and negotiation of Sales PJ with clients to achieve objectives.
-Finding bottlenecks of sales progress and taking appropriate action or initiative creative solutions.
-Practical report to supervisor on time schedule.
-Negotiate and answer questions about products and terms of sales.
-Create sales to meet or exceed sales goals.
-Operation job responsibility with HO-REN-SO (Report-Contact-Consult).
-Collaborate with internal organization appropriately

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:
- Age between 33-38 years old, Japanese or Chinese Nationality.
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in the Engineering field, Technical Sales, Automotive machine sales, or related fields in the manufacturing environment.
3. Good command of English.
4. Ability to work under rigid pressure.
5. Good computer literacy.
6. Must have a driving license and car.
