Position: Customer Service Senior Officer
Division: Customer Service
Team Size: 30

Report Directly to Manager (Thai)

Scope of Job
• Handle daily operations and try to finish all tasks on time

-Responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to the specification of the product
-Communicating with customers through various channels.
-Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
-Processing quotations, orders, applications, and requests.
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
-Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Escalate the problems to the appropriate support teams

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or Technical with a major in Mechanical, Industrial, or any related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in Technical support or in the customer service team.
- Analytical mind and outstanding statistical skills.
- Ability to work under rigid pressure.
- Good computer literacy.
