• Design and provide engineering input for power plant projects.
• Develop project scope in accordance with engineering standards, creating Terms of Reference (TOR) for competitive bidding.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs in compliance with engineering standards.
• Manage expenditures, evaluations, and contract specifications. Monitor and control the work of design contractors to meet company standards.
• Generate progress reports for relevant departments and meetings.
• Oversee construction of power plant and electrical system installations for a capacity expansion project. Coordinate with involved units to ensure project success within set timelines.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Hold a Professional Engineer License (Electrical).
• Experience in project control for power plant construction following installation standards in electrical works.
• Experience in designing various types of power plants: Combine cycle, Coal Fire, biomass, Solar farm, Hydro power.
• Proficient in designing, calculating, and controlling electrical systems according to engineering standards. Able to assess contract requirements.
• Experience in executing power plant projects under EPC contracts.
• Experience in Gas Engine installation within power plants.
• Experience in constructing and controlling Switchyards, Switch gears, and Control rooms for power plants.
• Familiarity with design and engineering control software.
• Strong skills in tracking project progress, timelines, and scope adherence as per contract terms and conditions.
• Proficient in presenting reports, documents, budgets, expenses, and contractor payments related to projects.
• Attentive to detail, decisive, and adept at problem analysis and resolution.
