Report to Finance Manager (TH) ; Having 2 staffs and HR staff in department

- Perform month-end accounting close process is a must
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and monitor the aging of open item accounts and ensure timely clearance of open / emerging items
- Perform corporate income tax (Por Ngor Dor 50, 51)
- Support information to manager for activity Monitor and analyze tax regulations update and develop corresponding business actions, conduct tax planning
- Coordinate with the auditor and those involved to obtain sufficient audit evidence and provide the auditor with the facilitation and assistance necessary to ensure yearly audits can be conducted with a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with Global company to confirm AR, AP balanced (Statement)
- Day-to-day coordination and support of other related accounting tasks and ensure all those activities comply with company policy, Finance Manual, and relevant laws related to accounting and Finance matters

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any Gender and aged 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
- Working experience of 10 years in General Ledger, Taxation, or Audit Field is preferable
- Good understanding of VAT, WHT, CIT, and accounting processes including reconciliation.
- Analyze areas for improvements based on frequent reviews
- Develop and monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives
- Support team and perform tasks individually when needed
- Ensure high levels of team motivation, morale, and teamwork
- Build organization
- Provide development opportunities to staff to build capabilities
- Coach direct reports and key talents to deliver on individual performance
- Deal with auditors, bankers, and regulators
- No requirement for good English but communication level
