Accounting Program: D365
1. Prepare and verity payment to local and oversea transaction.
2. Prepare and verity Input vat report and withholding tax report and submit tax (PND.3,53,54 and PP.30,36) via e-filling.
3. Prepare monthly accounting detail, reconciliation and to ensure that transactions are timely and accurately recorded.
4. Support and prepare budget and forecasting activities including monthly analysis.
5. Record purchasing materials and verity inventory report by monthly.
6. Coordinate with oversea (related companies) and submit the request reports.
7. Monitor cashflow including forecast and manage company bank accounts.
8. Control and review fixed asset and Right of Use (IFRS lease 16)/
9. Support auditors for auditing half year, interim and year end.

1. จัดทำ ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีด้านค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัททั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
2. จัดทำ ตรวจสอบรายงาน ภาษีซื้อ และ ภาษีเงินได้หักณ ที่จ่าย พร้อมยื่นภาษีผ่านโปรแกรมออนไลน์ ของกรมสรรพกร
3. จัดทำรายงานบัญชีกระทบยอดเจ้าหนี้ และบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL) ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. ควบคุมการใช้งบประมาณพร้อมการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรายเดือน
5. จัดทำรายการซื้อสินค้า พร้อมตรวจสอบรายงานสินค้าคงคลัง
6. ติดต่อประสานงานกับบริษัทฯที่เกี่ยวข้องในต่างประเทศ
7. จัดการกระแสเงินสดของบริษัท รวมถึงการคาดการณ์เงินสดและการจัดการธนาคาร
8. จัดทำและควบคุมรายการทรัพย์สิน และ สัญญาเช่าตาม IFRS 16
9. ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 30-37 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting field.
3. At least 5 years of experience as AP, AR, GL, Budget Control from corporate.
4. Lower Intermediate level of English.
