Work closely with R&D Manager in Singapore (English communication only).
Number of Staff in Production & R&D Team: 10
1. Develop and improve products according to marketing and company assignment.
2. Follow up on R&D process. Prepare related documents and performing product tests. Plan each product's development and process to achieve the related goal. Liaise with marketing/supplier/government sections.
3. Ensure and maintain established quality policies and procedures.
4. Prepare and maintain report/documentation of all QA/QC inspections carried out.
5. Conduct daily QC test of all incoming raw material and finish goods products according to specified testing method and procedures.
6. Source and negotiate the new & existing raw materials for the local supplier.
7. Monitor all lab testing equipment and calibration to ensure all activities in testing lab are running smoothly.
8. Identify and issue document for non-compliance product and customer's complaint.
9. Contact with 3rd party laboratory to conduct testing according to standard.
10. Assist ASL R&D team for raw material source, evaluation and testing for other project/activities when required.
11. Control lab bench work and sample preparation according to R&D testing method and requirement.
12. Summarize and prepare QC Monthly report and conference meeting with R&D Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical/polymer related field.
3. At least 3 years experience in developing new chemical products related to chemical construction business.4. Intermediate level of English. (As must be able to communicate with R&D Manager in Singapore).
NOTE: If have to relocate, housing allowance will be provided within the salary package
