【Main duty】
Expand the card issue experience(Issuing the credit card)

【Job description】
・Plan and negotiate for the business partnership agreement
・Conduct the regular visit to business partners to strengthen a relationship
・Manage and execute promotional activities to maximize sales and increase potential customers
・Advertise our activities through business partners’ media
・Identify the gap against the agreed target and propose an action plan, including follow-up and
feedback with each partner
・Explore and open business opportunities with a prospective partner
・Monitor campaign progress, evaluate and analyze result’s of marketing activities and
communication, make reports, and propose concrete feedback for improvement
・Update the Monthly Performance of each partner and input to the database
・Receive the inquiry from partners and feedback for further action
・Basic claim management (troubleshooting)
・Oversee and control the ongoing project schedule

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
・Age between 28-35 years old
・More than 5 years of sales experience
・More than 3 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing (service/banking industry)
・Upper Intermediate level of English　(TOEIC 750 UP)
・Work experience at a Japanese company
・Management experience of subordinates（Have Subordinates 3～5 Staff）
