- Lead the local and regional marketing activities of all products and services of different Business Units with the focus on leads generation
- Maintain and align the company’s brand position (both corporate and external) together with brand agencies
- Develop and drive the content (written, image and video) and SEO strategy as a business partner to the different business units
- Analyze trends, data, demographics and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance with internal tools like salesforce and power BI dashboards and with external tools like marketing reports that are relevant to the business.
- Through market research and competition information, develop product core positioning messaging together with product managers of different business units
- Responsible for the development of sales tools, digital marketing tools and marketing collaterals to create marketing demand
- Manage the tracking of marketing funnel, down to sales data and work collaboratively to support sales team goals

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above in Business or Marketing
- Male or Female, age between 28 - 40 years old
- 3 years experience in relevant categories; social media savvy
- Experience in medical devices background
- Experience in marketing and retail of medical products is advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
- English proficiency is required
