JOB DETAIL

1. P/O Arrangement and Processing Job
- Receiving P/O and reply / confirm order to sales & customers.
- Handling all process related to customer’s P/O inputting into internal system
- Issue P/O to supplier and related documents to concerned parties.
- Follow up product status, update situation with factories side and internal team.
- Corporate internal and external concerned parties. (Admin & Accounting, QA etc.)
- Other inquiries (if any) such as preparing samples for sales teams, sending by post office to domestic or overseas customers, etc.

2. Shipment and Logistics Adjustment Job
- Prepare shipment schedule, arrange shipment management sheet and other required documents to production and sales team regularly (once a week).
- Take care of all logistics loop (importing, export loading and domestic delivery).
- Booking or contacting with the transportation team to deliver products on time to customers.

3. Stock Management Job
- Checking and updating inventory of finished goods, raw materials and others company properties of both factories, and share the information with internal production and sales side regularly (once a week for inventory information).

4. Follow-up production schedule
- Checking production schedules with our contracted factories to process as requested schedule accordingly and report to the related teams.

5. Other tasks assigned by managers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Business level of English （Intermediate or above）
・Job Accuracy and Tidiness
・Experience in issuing purchase order of products
・Experience in Stock Management
・Experience in Delivery Arrangement
・Active to improve yourself and can cooperate with related departments
・Able to use own car to come to office
