JOB DETAIL

Position: Senior Research Executive/Research Manager (Quantitative)
Job Purpose:
1. Manage and deliver complex project with project team, design, set up and manage leading edge-research.
2. Carry out account management activities through managing existing clients relationships and looking for new business opportunities.
3. Manage and coach team members.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspect of running a complex and high value work.
2. Ensure job profitability is achieved to meet the business expectations.
3. Carry out tasks displaying well-developed research skills, knowledge and ways of thinking.
4. Write proposals that meet and exceed the brief requirements.
5. Accurately analyze and interpret data providing strong recommendations that show understanding of client's business.
6. Direct and design analysis plan.
7. Participate and show pro-activeness in new business generation; new contracts, calls and seek for new business opportunities (client-facing stream).
8. Management account, contact clients about related projects,build relationship and follow up business discussions and measure for process reviewing.
9. Display specialized knowledge of market and share with others.
10. Demonstrate strong supervisory skills i.e. project delegation, time management, dau-to-day feedback on performance and behavior, conduct performance reviewing. Ensure the preformance of project team.
11. Update current trends within market research in order to develop personal skills/knowledge.
12. Focus on self-developement and development of others plans.
13. Assist with recruitment of junior staffs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience as Market Researcher with strong skill in questionaire designing, table specification creating, and project management. (Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred)
4. Strong statistical analysis skills.
5. Business level of English.
