Number of Subordinate: 0
Number of Total Employee: 35-40 staffs (including Korean staffs and MD)
Payroll Program: Punyamee
1. Responsible for the human resource full spectrum (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation
and Benefits, Payroll, Administration).
2. Prepare and review payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions, and maintain payroll records.
3. Administrate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with
industry standards
4. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company'sgoals and values
5. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
ุ6. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, keeping them in line with changing regulations and best practices
7. Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
8. Handle VISA and Work Permit.
9. Handle confidential matters with discretion.
10. Maintain and record employee attendance.
11. Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
12. Coordinate with department managers to identify and facilitate workforce needs
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Female. Age not over 35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration or related fields.
3. Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources field and handling all functions; VISA& Work Permit payroll,compensation & benefits, recruitment and labor issue/management. (If have work experience with Korean company is an advantage).
4. Upper Intermediate level of English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. If able to start working immediately is an advantage.
