• Manage and develop Sales & Marketing strategies, policies, and activities effectively
• Plan, direct and control various sales and technical service activities that satisfy customer requirements both in reasonable price and constant quality / supply.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 40-50 years
• Bachelor or Master degree in Polymer Science, Chemical (Plastics) or Related fields.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Sales Function (Trading firm or related company who concerned with plastic, mechanical, electronic parts or etc.)
• English level: For internal and external communication
• Fluent spoken in Japanese language (JLPT N2 and upper level)
• Well understand with Japanese culture and norm.
• Well communication skill (internally and to customers)
• Eagerness to learn new frontiers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and customer service orientation
