【Main Duty】
Will expand our Intellectual Property License (IP) business
Representative of Thailand office, initiate business plan and strategies to achieve the growth in Thai market

【Job Description】
・ Direct sales responsibility (by brand, country, or category, depending on PLS’s strategy) inclusive of quarterly targets, due diligence obligations related to thorough knowledge of product and prospective clients.
・Management of clients inclusive of ensuring full compliance on Licensors’ policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting licensees in fulfilling obligations and maximizing performance.
・Acquiring and retaining clients, retailers, principal brands, and business partners in various industries to drive company’s revenue
・Monitoring campaign progress, evaluating result of activities and reporting the concrete feedback for further improvement to the management and related partners
・Retail Visibility for Brands/Licensed Products.
・Account management for existing and new licensees
・Business development for own licensing business
・Identify potential category gaps and close the gaps for brands
・Develop licensed merchandise distribution networks
・P&L Management of licensing business
・Licensed content conceptualization to execution
・Assisting role for event execution
・Share information with Singapore head office

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 30 - 45 years old
・More than 8 years of sales experience in IP Licensing (Consumer product licensing or Merchandise licensing）
・More than 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development
・Upper Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 750 UP】

【Advantage】
・Strong knowledge of Thai FMCG or consumer markets
・Relevant knowledge in Consumer Products and licensing business
・Active knowledge in events management
・Strong communication skills, written and verbal
・Possess initiative and able to work under pressure
・Able to work outside of office hour when it is required
・Willing to travel
