JOB DETAIL

* Talent Acquisition
- Strategize and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition activities for recruiting top talent to the company that aligns with workforce plans, budget and objectives.
- Build/expand the talent pool, future talent candidates, and talent sourcing for an effective channel.
- Effective partnership working to raise key message of employer branding through strategy, process, channel, and assessment to support the talent acquisition functions.
- Achieve the overall recruitment plan and target in terms of lead time, quality of candidates, and within a specific salary range for each job position.
* Employee Learning and Engagement
- Identify opportunities and issues related to people management and define HR agenda to support business objectives.
- Work with employees and the Leadership team to drive employee performance and engagement to align with business strategy.
- Design development projects and activities to maintain employee expectations to meet business goals via reward and recognition functions.
*HR Metrics and Analysis
- Analyze, design, and develop data and initial reports to serve both business and people needs with business acumen and support an effective way of work for support business units.
- Be able to effectively articulate and influence within the organization and those at the participating HR data on actions recommended, needs & trends, based on insights derived providing actionable recommendations from advanced analytics

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female age 35-45
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource and Organization Management, Political Science, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in related areas such as Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HRBP, Employee Engagement & Development, HR Metrics, and Performance Management Systems (Proven track record for HR Initiative programs).
- Fluent Communication in Thai and English languages (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office but experience in Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot (Power BI, and Advanced PowerPoint Presentation is a plus.)
- Strong in people and relationship management as well as good negotiation skills, positive attitude, and ability to influence all levels of employees.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy about teamwork and multitasks.
- Strong inquisitive nature systematic analytic background meticulous and conscientious to enable the ability to lead projects and drive for results and business savvy by self-motivated and can work independently or with minimal supervision.
