【Main Duty】
Assistant to the president and manages everything in the factory
Management of all back offices such as accounting, HR, and production Line

【Job Description】
・Examining production schedules to see if the factory's existing output capacity can meet them.
・Building connections with suppliers and distributors to get the materials required for new product lines.
・Maintaining quality control by checking finished goods for flaws or defects that may need to be fixed.
・Ensuring seamless production by instructing staff members on time management and task prioritization.
・Interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the outcome.
・Interacting with employees to make sure they are aware of their responsibilities, feel comfortable in their workspace, and receive fair treatment from management.
・Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
・Oversee and manage production operations to ensure timely and efficient conversion of all production orders into finished goods
・Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for production execution
・Create and manage process improvement efforts to improve quality standards and reduce costs
・Monitor production outputs and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimize costs
・Manage production operations complying with quality, safety, health and environment standards
・Collaborate with R&D and business development services in pursuing new business projects and new products to maximize utilization of plant capacity
・Management of departments related to accounting, HR and other back offices
・Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
・Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements
・Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
・Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelors Degree
・Age between 40~50 years old
・Male Only
・More than 8 years of work experience as Factory Manager or Director Level
・More than 5 years of experience in the microwave or toaster industry or more than 10 years of work experience in the cooking appliance industry
・More than 5 years of experience as a production engineer in the microwave or toaster industry or more than 10 years of experience as a production engineer in the cooking appliance industry
・More than 5 years of management experience of subordinates
・Intermediate Level of English
・Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, e-mail)
