【Main Duty】
As this is a new company, new member will be managing accounting department work together with a Japanese MD.

【Job Description】
・Responsible for month end closing and financial statements, review and report financial statements, and ensure that financial accounting complies with local accounting standards and tax requirement.
・Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including AP, AR, GL, Petty cash, Tax and etc.: (Preparing and managing fixed asset registrations.)
・Take care of tax filing for withholding tax (PND.1, 3, 53, 50,51) and value added tax (PP 30, 36)
・Reviewing sales VAT reports and purchase VAT reports and Withholding tax report for monthly VAT filing to the Revenue Department.
・Control and ensure the accuracy of all tax submission. And to prepare the tax calculation (PND.51/50) to submit via DBD E-Filing Responsible for managing day to day G/L operations.
・Managing and reviewing the balance sheet reconciliation to ensure that all reconciliations are complete and accurate.
・Managing and controlling assigned tasks according to accounting principles and related Laws.
・Complete and follow-up of the headquarters’ financial IT system testing and using issue (if any)
・Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
・Liaise with external auditor for the year-end audit for stat financial reports and consolidation package.
・Communication with the head office in Japan

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree from Accounting
・Female Only
・Age between 28 - 40 years old
・More than 5 years of accounting work experience
・More than 3 years of work experience in Japanese companies
・Upper Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 750 UP】

・Work experience related to construction companies
