• Oversee the sales and marketing department.

• Plan, analyze, and manage sales and marketing channels and projects under your responsibility to maximize efficiency and stay within budget.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male and female Age: 35 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields
• 7-10 years or more in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in utilizing online marketing channels
• Familiar with credit information from various banks and market data analysis, including competitors
