Report to Japanese and Thai Manager
- Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end-users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions
- Business and process analysis
- Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
- Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
- Quality Assurance & Documentation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
- At least 3 years experience working with Dynamics AX or 365
- Must have certificate MB-300 or MB-330
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic for finance and supply chain in a functional and technical role
- Experience with Rollout and Implement D365 Finance and operation more than is an advantage
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 modules
- Good command in English (both written and spoken) , CEFR B1 or TOEIC 550+ is an advantage
- Highly confident with providing support and training to users
- Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
- Solves complex problems with creative solutions
