- Monitor AR aging, improve cash collection process, and provide regular reports to management
- Review customer credit, and provide recommendations on credit limit and term
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information record
- Cross-functional teams working with other functions to ensure customer issues are properly resolved
- Monitor both collection/ payment transactions (abroad and domestic), verify accuracy and timely as scheduled
- Manage daily/ weekly cash balance to ensure adequate cash in operating company activities
- Check daily exchange rates, and interest to manage company liquidity
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports and analyze differences (actual and budgets) and forecast cash flow
- Overseeing relevant general ledger, accounts receivable, provision, accrual, income, expenses, monthly reconciliation
- Provide and support data to auditors and prepare package reports for group company
- Maintain relationships with the bank, cash pooling management, and treasury activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender
- Age 40-47 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/ Finance Field
- 5 years of working experience with only **Finance** background
- Having experience in Finance from a trading or manufacturing company
- Having managing experience with at least 5-8+ subordinates
- Having experience in Loan, Credit, Credit Card, and Debt Collection
- AX dynamic/ SAP/ ORACLE, ERP Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), Spreadsheet, and Modeling skills
- Experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses
- Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments is a plus but not required
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of English
