Direct report - Sales Manager
Taking care of junior sales ( 3 subordinates)

Responsibilities:

- Led team with high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Develop sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Monitoring sales activities, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Headline of other departments: Collaborating with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
- Reporting: Preparing regular sales reports, presentations, and updates for the senior management team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Open gender, 30 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Economics or a related field
- Strong leadership skills to drive the team to achieve the company's target
- Experienced in sales management, and team management with at least 3 - 5 years experience for related field
- Understand financial brokers, forex, and bitcoins
