Business plan & Sales Plan:
• Develop annual and monthly sales plans, specifying detailed strategies.
• Conduct market analysis and organize sales activities, segmented by target customers.
• Estimate budget allocation and utilization, considering costs, revenue, and profit targets.
• Prepare a sales forecast, analyze profit based on market segments and sales channels.
Production Plan:
• Create a production plan and coordinate work within the factory to ensure efficient production.
• Collect and compile necessary information regarding production requirements, both domestically and internationally, and set delivery schedules accordingly.
• Conduct factory meetings and adjust plans to align with sales conditions.
• PSI meeting with factory
Routine job:
• Perform PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) and target follow-up.
• Manage supply-related tasks for specific sales areas.
• Prepare monthly report summaries.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 32-37 years
• Bachelor Degree (Marketing, Management, Business Administration)
• At least 3-5 Year about Marketing and sales experience
• Computer program (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.)
• Communication skill (English), speak and write
• Presentation skill
• Analysis skill
