REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree related fields
- At least 3-5 years experience in steel industry and related industries
- At least 5-10 years of working experience in a business development-related field business management business analyst
- Good written & Spoken English
- Excellent track record in strategic planning and income to achieve challenging revenue budgets
- Ability to manage, coach, and evaluate teams effectively
- Pro-active and positive attitude and have “can do” attitude
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
