JOB DETAIL

• Manage and oversees all human resources and GA functions
• Develops and monitors an annual budget of Human Resources Department and all related human resources matter for the company.
• Initiate and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for employee to conform with.
• Manage and develop the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources system
• Design, develop, and manage recruitment work flow, documentations, policy, and procedures.
• Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings or seminars

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 44-50 years
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields
• At least 10 years of experience in HRM, HRD All functions related roles
• At least 3 years of experience in safety and environment
• Manage 500-1,000 persons
• Strong leadership, ambitious, developed problem-solving skills
• Knowledge Labor Law and employee relation is a must.
• Knowledge ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016
• Knowledge Safety officer management level will be advantage.
• Negotiation and presentation skill
• Experienced from a manufacturing environment will be advantage.
• Intermediate level of English
