JOB DETAIL

1. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
2. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
3. Maintain sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
4. Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
5. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
6. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
7. Work with business development representatives to bring in new business.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in any related
- 3-4 years of experience in sales & marketing management
- Fluent in English, Japanese is advantage
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
- Microsoft Office
