We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duputy Managing Director to oversee the operations and strategic direction of our prestigious car dealership. As the Duputy Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

〇Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's strategic plans, setting long-term objectives and guiding the overall direction of the car dealership. Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make informed business decisions to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

〇Operation: Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, inventory management, and customer support. Establish efficient processes and systems to optimize productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

〇Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

〇Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization. Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all touchpoints, maintaining a positive dealership experience. Resolve escalated customer issues and monitor customer satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvement.

〇Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Monitor key financial metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective measures. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate financial records.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

〇Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
〇Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar leadership role in a car dealer.
〇Strong knowledge of the automotive market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
〇Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
〇Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets.
〇Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
〇Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
〇Fluent in English
