JOB DETAIL

1. New model planning & management in Paint Department
2. Prepare and Update document related to new model process,such as SSOP,OPS,WI and Training material.
3. Jig design,modify and trial with team, in order to reach the maximum productivity by common previous,current and new model part together
4. Preparation ,Update, Revise and co-operating with team for ISO 9001,14001 and 45001
5. Follow up ,Update Revise and set-up training course about Bakka(Honda Explosion Proof standard),Honda Safety standard and etc.with team
6. Brainstorm and action together with team to meet Dept. KPI in term of SQCDME

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male age 22 - 28 years old
2. Bachelors or higher in Engineer Industrial,Automotive,Chemical,Electrical,Mechanical, other related fields.
3. 0-3 years of experience in a engineering area especially in a manufacturing business is highly preferable.
4. Have a driving license, able to occasionally travel abroad or upcountry.
5. Good command of written and spoken English, TOEIC 550 would be advantage.
6. Able to read Piping and instrumentation diagram drawing introductory. 
7. Able to use basic CAD/Catia.
8. Able to do multi-tasking and overtime on holiday, occasionally.
9. Problem solving skills,Good logical ,Analytical skills,Good Interpersonal and Open mind.
10. Computer literacy: Advance in MS Excel, Power point. 
11. Good critical thinking and logical mindset
