JOB DETAIL
• Checking and managing employment contracts of employees (Thai, Chinese, Burmese) and various announcements within and outside the company.
• Visa and work permit processing for foreign nationals (Chinese) through single windows and creating plans for skilled foreign workers.
• Employee compensation and benefits.
• Establishment of regulations and rules related to human resources, control, and management systems such as FRA, ISO, and occupational health and safety within the department.
• Employee relations, handling complaints, resolving issues, and conducting company activities. Managing food services, contracts, operational management systems, and employee health.
• Employee performance evaluations, annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI), employee appraisals, and remuneration. Regulations and rules regarding work processes.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or female, age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Experience in HR work full loop for 8-10 years
• Experience HR management for 3-5 years
• Good command of English and Chinese will be advantage.
