JOB DETAIL

1. Interpret at meetings, phone call, in-house discussion, etc.
2. Support translation and/or creation of various documents such as meeting minutes, email, reports, PowerPoint presentations. policies, procedures, etc.
3. Provide administrative support to the department including any arrangements, scheduling and setting up meetings, office supplies. package shipments, ad other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 28-35 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in related field.
3. At least 2 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter from Mananufacturing company (If have experience working or living in Japan is an advantage)
4. JLPT N2
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. Able to work on every other Saturdays (Overtime allowance for Saturday working will be granted)
