JOB DETAIL

1. Receive orders from customer, process the order until delivery to customer.
2. Create the documents for internal process and for customer formality.
3. Coordinate the Oversea Sales Department of headquarter in Japan for product development.
4. Coordinate with production planning and other department.
5. Contact shipping company & freight forwarder for export delivery.
6. Contact customer for overdue payment.
7. Provide monthly report and submit to leader to be submitted to ISO Center.
8. Resposible for activities of ISO, 5S, Kaizen, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 2 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator with experience using ERP program.
4. Intermediate level of English
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (Average 2 Saturdays per month).
6. Prefer candidate who live in Ayudhaya or nearby provinces or able to relocate.
*Work Hours: Mon. - some Saturdays 8.00-16.30
