- Coordinate with all departments to communicate, understand and implement resource management policies.
- Control the performance of the maintenance teams to utilize all of utility in the factory and control necessary expenses.
- Control the work of the department of safety and environment to comply with the law, and follow the customer requirements about the safety prevention.
- Control the work of the department in command to perform work in accordance with the laws or various acts that define the regulations of the company, code of ethic and business conduct, our policy guidelines, compliance policy of the company and its affiliate policies around the world as well as comply with customer and legal requirements such as ISO14001, IATF16949, Safety and Environmental Management and Energy Conservation.
- Coordinate and benchmark reports and exchange information with affiliates. Responsible for the examination Assessed by the parent company from abroad Including supporting Monitored periodically As a contact Coordinate about receiving audits from the Regional or affiliates.
- Follow up KPIs and monitor teams.
- Supervise training operations
- Responsible for the preparation Annual budget of the department, reporting the department's situation to top management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male age 35-40 years, Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor' degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or related field.
- 5+ years production management experience.
- Strong analytical based thinking and problem resolution skills, Team oriented, self-starter working toward bettering the internal process for all.
- Good command in English, can use Chinese language to communicate will be an advantage.
- Good command skills (Microsoft Office: Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Internet and Email.
- An understanding of automotive processes and components would be advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and independence.
- Experience in automotive part of industrial would be beneficial. (Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, AAT etc.)
- Able to manage time effectively, priorities tasks and achieve set targets
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers.
