JOB DETAIL

1. Handle and manage financial accounting of hotel operation (3 Hotels).
2. Contact with Revenue department for all concerned matter.
3. Review all payment vouchers/ PR&PO (Purchase Requisition ใบขอซื้อ & Purchase Order ใบสั่งซื้อ)
4. Work with internal audit and external audit for declaring or processing transactions.
5. Other assignment from financial controller and support team.
6. Control all company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and advise team members.
7. Handle Real Estate part (2 locations)
8. Control cost of project.
9. Close all project report.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-45 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting (i.e. month end, yearly end and
reconcilement etc.) from hotel/resort with with CPD License
4. At least 3 years of RECENT work experience in Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
5. Familar with accounting program i.e. Opera, Micros-POS, SUN, Express, Compu (Reas Asset Program)
6. Intermediate level of English.
7. Prefer candidate who currently live in Nakornratchasima area (Khaoyai).
