JOB DETAIL

+ Processing day-to-day of account payable and account receivable transactions including their complete documentation
+ Account receivable aging report and collection for outstanding
+ Verify completeness and accuracy of all documents
+ Ensuring all tax records and correct and up to date
+ Prepare and submit monthly VAT & Withholding Tax Report (PND.3, PND.53, PP.30)
+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing
+ Any other ad-hoc assignments

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 23 - 26years old
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting
- working experience 2-3 years in Accounting function
- Have a good knowledge in Accounting principle, taxation (VAT, WHT)
- Good command in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Program (Sage 300 will be preferred)
- Knowledge in document storage
