JOB DETAIL

• Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner.
• Reviews requirements and work of the project and develop execution plan for the main activities.
• Responsible for the successful execution of the project in accordance with how the project was sold.
• Monitors and controls project schedule.
• Ensures project invoicing is timely, accurate and in accordance with contract invoicing guidelines.
• Ensures and assumes responsibility for the safe execution of the project as outlined in the Sarens (Thailand) Co., Ltd. SHE- Q Manual and as per client requirements.
• Delegates and coordinates all onsite activities to meet set goals for the project.
• Creates and monitors the project budget throughout the execution of the project.
• Monitors and controls Contractual Obligations to make sure that Sarens (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is meeting its requirements.
• Monitors and controls any Contract Change Notices for extra work, omissions to the contract, and any other potential changes to the contract and ensures Sarens (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is receiving fair treatment with regards to changes to the contract and ensures Sarens (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is receiving fair treatment with regards to changes.
• All activities include all facets of Sarens (Thailand) Co., Ltd. activity on site as Sarens (Thailand) Co., Ltd. makes no distinction between internal divisions, branches, unions, contracts or other on the project and it is strived to portray a single Sarens (Thailand) Co., Ltd. unit with regards to support positions on the project.
• Review all timesheets for accuracy in regard to hours worked, equipment assignments (if applicable) and compliance to applicable union/contract Once deemed accurate, sign off and forward for further processing.
• Ensure all billable hours for personnel and equipment are correctly reflected in accordance with the contract. Once deemed correct, forward for further processing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only 35 - 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer
- More than 5 years of project experience.
- Experienced with computer skills: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel) and AutoCAD.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Progressive field and/or project management experience in a related industry.
- Strong working knowledge of the crane and transport industry.
- Proven communication skills.
- Experience of commercial or contract experience.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to react effectively under pressure and stress.
- Able to work independently, in a team, and be able to direct a team as well.
