The Business Planning Manager is responsible for creating and implementing the corporate strategy for the company to ensure the alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
This position reports to the Business Planning General Manager and works closely with top management including other departments such as accounting, sales, engineering and purchasing to achieve company target.

Duty and Responsibilities
1. Company policy and budget creation, including company performance analysis and KPI management to ensure that the performance will follow as plan.
2. Arrange company management meeting such as shareholders meeting, BOD, management meeting, etc.
3. Arrange and handling several company audits.
4. Create and maintenance matter related to company organizational and regulations.
5. Handling company business contract, including some translation job as assign.
6. In charge of company business engineering function and its operation.
7. Responding matters related to Managing Director’s special orders.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning or related roles.
- Excellent communication in Japanese (JLPT N2+) as well as presentation skills. English in business level is advantage.
- Well organized. Having strong coordination, negotiation and analytical skills, energetic and fast learner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
