Replacement Position
Department: HR & GA
Team of 4 members (Direct Subordinate: 0)
Report to Senior Manager

Overall Responsibilities:
Manage Recruitment & Payroll (210staffs Outsourcing (Humanica), Humatrix System) functions supporting company business with good quality, service, cost wise, on time delivery, security, safety, and satisfaction.

Recruitment:
1. Responsible for network search, vendor management process, recruitment process, employment coordinator, employment process, interviews, employment contract, confirmation letter.
2. Support the new hire orientation (Thai & English)
3. Handle Online, Offline Recruitment and Sourcing Channels.

Performance Management:
1. Support performance appraisal of Salary increment, Bonus, Incentive process
2. Organize payroll process and coordination for HR systems and outsourcing payroll company.
3. Support Retirement and Termination letter and necessary process
4. Support all HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
5. Support Regional HR process, Manpower report to HQ and Accounting Department
6. Experience in the SuccessFactors program is an advantage.
7. And other duties as assignment from superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as in human resources specializing in recruitment (IT positions) & payroll
4. Intermediate level of English. (If have TOEIC score 700 or higher is an advantage).
5. Excellent computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Good communication and personality as able to accurately and effectively communicate with internal employees.
NOTE: Flexible work location (Work from Anywhere) and flexible work hours from 7.30 to 9.30 (9 hours)
