JOB DETAIL

• Control cash receipts by verifying invoices, recording payment transactions, and bank deposits.
• Control cash disbursements by verifying expense documents to ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Prioritize payment orders by reviewing credit terms received and ensure adherence to specified dates.
• Verify reconciliation between accounting reports and bank balances to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and control debt collection to align with customer credit terms.
• Prepare international payment documents (T/T, D/A, D/P, L/C, T/R).
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Prepare Cashflow reports (Cash-in-flow / Cash-out-flow).
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered
• Proven track record in financial management with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in using financial software and MS Excel, Google Sheet
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical with detail and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level of English 5/10
