• Establish policies and work plans in accordance with the company's policies.
• Control and oversee production activities to ensure efficient and effective execution of production plans and alignment with KPIs.
• Manage production costs to align with and achieve KPI targets.
• Control and supervise employees' work performance to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and ensure occupational health and safety, employee well-being, and environmental conditions in the workplace.
• Develop and improve production processes, production methods, and machinery used in production.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to source tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with various departments.
• Take responsibility for the company's assets.
• Evaluate employees' job performance.
• Prepare and review monthly production reports.
• Participate and conduct meetings involving relevant parties from all departments to summarize the department's work performance.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 40 years old up
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Experience in rubber production for 3-5 years
• Intermediate level of English
• Knowledge and experience in APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Basic knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF16949 quality management systems
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a team and possess good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Determined, confident, decisive, meticulous, and proactive in both thinking and actions
• Understanding of Japanese culture
