JOB DETAIL

• Report to Accounting and Finance Director/ Management/ CEO and work closely with the support team in Thailand.
• To handle overall accounting records including; AP–Payment, AR–Receipt, Tax, Cash collection, Fixed Assets Management, and Intercompany transaction management.
• Contact the Bank in charge of the Treasury process.
• Prepare Bank reconciliations.
• Daily Merchant settlement tasks, which is preparing bank files for payment.
• Monthly Financial Closing & Reporting and Analysis (Balance sheet, P/L, and Cash Flow statements, etc).
• Prepare management reports upon the line manager's request.
• Supervise junior team members on both technical and soft skills.
• In charge of annual Budget preparation and control.
• Ad-hoc assignments, also oversea assignment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male (Preferred), age not over 40
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting (some audit background is an advantage).
• Experience in preparing withholding tax reports and VAT reports.
• Excellent accounting software experience.
• Expert in Excel.
• Good command of English and communication in Chinese is a plus.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with good skill in reconciliation.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Keen learning aptitude with innovation.
• Experience in start-up business will be an advantage.
• Obtain CPD license will be an advantage
