Job Description

1. Estimate the price at the site of the renovation work.
2. Price estimation from BOQ with customers
3. able to find customers
4. Able to negotiate with customers and suppliers
5. Able to travel to visit onsite of the company project such as Condominium, Department store, The mall, Home Village
6. Strong negotiate and promote the company to work with the sales team
7. Control the working system or workflow process

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualification

- Graduate Diploma in engineering, civil engineer, or related field
- Male, age 28 - 33 years old
- Understand the BOQ process
- Able to negotiate or communicate with both clients and suppliers
- Visit onsite (Sometimes) with sales members; Mostly in the Bangkok area
- A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
- No need for English skills
