JOB DETAIL
Team: GPS tracking & Fleet managment
1. Manage software development projects at the beginning of project starting from feasibility analysis, requirement development, and development life cycle and delivery.
2. Support to maintain the existing product upon request from customer.
3. Proactively manage, monitor and report on the execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner across stakeholders.
4. Participate in new product development and research.
5. Manage software development life cycle following the CMMI standard.
6. Interact and communicate with the team to complete the project.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. More than 3 years as 'Software Development Project Manager' with strong experience of software development life cycle and software development process & documents.
4. Proven knowledge of software development process starting from requirement analysis, estimation, project planning (WBS), monitoring and risk/issue management and be able to apply with variety of project characteristic.
5. Required basic knowledge or experience in computer programming, data structure, database, network infrastructure or other related.
6. Required basic knowledge in Data Structure/System and Algorithm skills
7. Required knowledge or direct experience in database(SQL or NoSQL (no relation/document))
8. If have basic Knowledge skill in programming with C#, JAVA, HTML,CSS, Vue.js, JAVA spring boot, JavaScript or related is a plus.
9. If have basic knowledge in version control (Git, SVN, others) would be advantage.
10. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
