1. Quote and negotiate with insurers on terms, conditions, and premiums for existing clients.
2. Block market and send the information to the insurer prior 3 months of the renewal period.
3. Prepare the renewal notice and send it to the client within 2 months before the expiry date.
4. Bargain and negotiate with insurers for the best commission.
5. Compare and verify benefits and premiums correctly, then send the renewal proposal to the client.
6. Close renewal cases and send medical cards to the client before the renewal period at least 7-15 working days.
7. Explain the coverage to the HR Department and conduct a presentation to employees.
8. Prepare the renewal report for the monthly meeting.
9. Visit client at least 2 Clients per month and make a report on the client’s visit to a manager
10. Assist the Accounting Department to follow-up up on the outstanding premium.
11. Handle incoming inquiries (Both e-mail and telephone) within 24 Hours.
12. Solve immediately the clients’ problems.
13. Handle for Travel Insurance to enhance commission.
14. Prepare and collect the forecast figure report from the subordinate and check it before sending it to the manager.
15. Arrange and check the accrual report yearly to send to the accounting team.
16. Supervise admin staff when they have a problem with the admin issue. Handle and support for worksite project and other projects.
17. Report the progress and development status of existing clients by weekly and monthly.
18. Report the problem to the assistant manager/manager for finding the best solution.
19. Support some existing customers together with the renewal team, especially for big cases to maintain with us.
20. Other assignments that will be assigned by the assistant manager/manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in any field
- Experienced in renewing business at least 4 years.
- Experienced in working in an insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance.
- Able to work under the pressure.
- Good typing skills in both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skills.
- Very be more careful and can work in detail job.
- Good characteristics, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy
- Good in English communication skill.
- Age less than 42 years old is preferable.
