• Monitor and oversee daily operations including freight forwarding, customs brokerage,
• warehouse, transportation, and others.
• Cost Management; Control and Reduction.
• Resolving any queries and issues highlighted by customers
• Establish and continuously improve delivery and transportation methods that are fast, cost efficient and sustainable.
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
• Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
• Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
• Perform other works assigned by Senior Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 30-35 years old
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics management or related field.
• Experience in Shipping or logistics industry for 5-7 years
• Experience in sales position for 3-5 years
• Knowledge logistics operation, infrastructure, competition and system.
• Logistics, supply chain management and Customs brokerage certification would be preferred.
• Intermediate level of English
